• Prepare complex quantum and contractual claims for major projects.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying.
• Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
• Extensive knowledge of standard forms of contract including NEC and JCT.
• Demonstrable experience in quantum and contractual claims.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
