What you will do

• Manage a caseload of suspected fraudulent EL/PL cases on behalf of various insurance clients.
• Analyze primary and secondary liability and define management strategies for each claim.
• Review critical evidence, including witness statements, medical records, and property reports.
• Conduct investigations, handle disclosures, and manage CMC applications.
• Instruct counsel, medical experts, and other specialists, including drafting expert questions.
• Prepare trial bundles and attend conferences and trials with Counsel.

Requirements

• Experience handling a caseload of EL/PL files.
• Proven experience in litigation.
• Strong advocacy, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent IT skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Bolton office.
