What you will do

  • Liaise with customers, insurers, and suppliers nationwide to manage the claims process.
  • Analyze policies to determine claim coverage and devise efficient processing strategies.
  • Manage policyholder correspondence to keep them informed about claim progress.
  • Set up new claims, appoint contractors, and maintain internal systems.
  • Issue payments and arrange final settlements as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
