What you will do
- Liaise with customers, insurers, and suppliers nationwide to manage the claims process.
- Analyze policies to determine claim coverage and devise efficient processing strategies.
- Manage policyholder correspondence to keep them informed about claim progress.
- Set up new claims, appoint contractors, and maintain internal systems.
- Issue payments and arrange final settlements as required.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
