What you will do

• Manage inbound communications and maintain high customer service standards for policyholders.
• Investigate vehicle ownership and assess policy indemnity to make informed claim decisions.
• Process accurate payments to stakeholders and handle the total loss aspect of claims.
• Maintain thorough chronological records and diary management to reduce settlement times.
• Identify fraud indicators and assess policy coverage expertly.
• Coordinate with third-party insurers and policyholders to ensure smooth claim progression.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Sevenoaks or Liverpool, UK.
• Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship provided).
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to connect empathetically with people.
• Ability to make fast, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communication skills and proficiency in IT.
• Experience or ability to deal with challenging customers and third-party insurers.
