What you will do
- Manage inbound communications and maintain high customer service standards for policyholders.
- Investigate vehicle ownership and assess policy indemnity to make informed claim decisions.
- Process accurate payments to stakeholders and handle the total loss aspect of claims.
- Maintain thorough chronological records and diary management to reduce settlement times.
- Identify fraud indicators and assess policy coverage expertly.
- Coordinate with third-party insurers and policyholders to ensure smooth claim progression.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Sevenoaks or Liverpool, UK.
- Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship provided).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to connect empathetically with people.
- Ability to make fast, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communication skills and proficiency in IT.
- Experience or ability to deal with challenging customers and third-party insurers.
