What you will do

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services for real-time data exchange.
• Perform data transformations using XML, XSLT, and JSON.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chantilly, VA, USA
• 4+ years of experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio).
• Strong knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL).
• Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies.
• Solid understanding of Workday business processes (HCM and/or Financials).
• Hands-on experience in integration troubleshooting and error handling.

Nice to have

• Workday certification (Integration / Studio).
• Prior experience in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation.
• Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Knowledge of security framework and business process framework (BPF).
