What you will do

• Implement complex technical solutions using Appian and related technologies.
• Perform hands-on design, development, and testing activities.
• Guide clients on design, configuration management, and DevSecOps initiatives.
• Ensure all solutions are built for scale and performance.
• Drive process improvement and support internal infrastructure and tools.
• Provide mentorship, training, and enablement for team resources.

Requirements

• Must be local to the DC Metro area and able to report to SCIF location.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Appian development and general IT.
• Strong experience with Appian delivery using Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and Web services (REST/SOAP).

Nice to have

• Active Appian Senior or Lead certifications.
• Active TS security clearance.
• Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP).
• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning.
