What you will do

• Develop and advance ML models to target healthcare claims for audit with high precision.
• Analyze clinical and coding audits to identify data-driven decision factors and past outcomes.
• Measure and optimize the direct business impact of models through operational insights.
• Refine vast and complex data pipelines to support robust modeling.
• Enhance modeling infrastructure and technical tools to improve team scalability.
• Collaborate with clients and internal experts to align model insights with business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience solving real-world business problems using ML modeling and data optimization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience handling large-scale datasets.
• Competence in at least one programming language, such as Python or R.
• Experience building supervised ML models from scratch (e.g., Neural Nets, Tree-ensembles).
• Must be based in the United States.
