Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the Electrical Studio's Salesforce pipeline, ensuring all active opportunities are accurately staged, priced, and annotated.
• Manage the full proposal workflow, including Bluebeam takeoffs and review coordination to reduce turnaround time.
• Execute the end-to-end change order process from Salesforce processing to client delivery and budget updates.
• Oversee contract execution, including redline coordination, BOX Sign routing, and filing of subcontracts.
• Develop and maintain a library of marketing materials, project team maps, and proposal templates.
• Support Account Executives with monthly proposal check-ins and log all outcomes in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization.
• Ability to work independently and with high self-direction in a fully remote environment.
• High level of precision and follow-through in managing operational and documentation workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce pipeline management and operational coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience performing takeoffs using Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry or electrical trade contractors.
