Salary: $76,634 – $97,921 per year

What you will do

  • Train state and regional partner staff in the Built for Zero model and quality improvement (Improvement Science).
  • Facilitate multi-sector stakeholder teams to align local and regional goals and priorities.
  • Serve as the lead project manager for two or more intermediary partnerships and multi-state learning networks.
  • Design measurement plans and build datasets to track and drive homeless reduction goals.
  • Identify policy barriers and design strategies to clear hurdles for local teams at the state/regional level.
  • Collaborate with internal Campaign, Communications, and Policy teams to implement the broader organizational policy agenda.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Deep knowledge of housing/homelessness policy or HUD Continuum of Care funding and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability in team facilitation and Quality Improvement (QI) competencies.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading projects to measurable completion.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to provide onsite support to states and regions.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of structural racism and its impact on communities of color.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Slack, Salesforce, Zoom, and Mural.
  • Experience in public speaking and coaching for improvement.
