Account Manager (Mechanical & Plumbing)

Location: Remote within the United States (preference for candidates in Chicago, Denver, or NYC). US work authorization is required.

Salary: $220,000–$260,000 OTE

What you will do

• Grow and protect a portfolio of strategic M&P accounts to drive retention and expansion.
• Identify and close net-new business opportunities with mechanical and plumbing contractors.
• Partner with M&P Team Leads to align project execution and communication with client expectations.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline and accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
• Represent the firm at industry events and through in-person client visits to expand the contractor network.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Valid US work authorization is required.
• Proven expertise in consultative sales and enterprise account management.
• Ability to effectively balance business development (hunting) with account stewardship (nurturing).
• Strong sense of accountability and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
