What you will do

• Lead product discovery through user research and translate insights into actionable requirements.
• Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI systems using Figma.
• Define and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to release.
• Coordinate with outsourced development teams to ensure quality and design consistency.
• Facilitate sprint planning and manage iterative feedback cycles.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital environments.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing and UI documentation.
• Solid understanding of Agile/SCRUM and software development practices.
• Technical literacy in web technologies to bridge business and engineering.
• Experience managing roadmaps and backlogs in fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in the United States and available during Pacific Time working hours.
