What you will do

• Develop and drive a forward-looking roadmap for AI-first AEC capabilities within the GrowthStudio product.
• Lead product discovery and prioritization for customer-facing AI-enabled workflows and experiences.
• Partner with UX and Engineering to design and validate agentic workflows and prototypes.
• Define success metrics and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences.
• Translate strategy and research into actionable requirements and release plans.
• Monitor competitive and market developments in the AEC sector to inform positioning and moat-building.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry or deep experience building software for AEC customers.
• Experience with AI-powered products, including LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to translate market insights into launched software capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile or AI-accelerated product development environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites (~15%).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Glean, or Replit.
• Experience managing B2B ERP, CRM, or system-of-record software.
• Understanding of AEC proposal development processes and AI governance/regulatory considerations.
