Location: Remote (United States). Work hours must align with Pacific Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Salary: $90,000–$110,000

What you will do

• Conduct user research and translate business requirements into high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
• Develop user flows and UI specifications to ensure clarity for stakeholders and development teams.
• Manage the feature backlog by translating research and feedback into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with outsourced offshore developers to ensure accurate implementation of Figma designs.
• Oversee day-to-day development activities, including sprint planning, QA coordination, and release schedules.
• Maintain product roadmaps for both third-party and proprietary software platforms.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Figma, including design systems and developer-ready specifications.
• Experience with SCRUM and AI-assisted coding (Claude code preferred).
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
• Must be based in the United States.
• BA or BS in computer science, marketing, social sciences, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• PMP or CSM certification.
• Experience with event management software or event-driven businesses.
• Passion for pageantry, marching music, or performing arts.
