What you will do

• Perform maintenance, calibration, and repair of hirify.global products on customer sites.
• Check system installations and safety chains according to defined instructions.
• Execute calibration of measurement chains and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Document results using predefined templates and archive system settings.
• Collaborate with project leaders for the handover of systems to customers.
• Report quality issues and provide feedback to support future product improvements.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics.
• 5-6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% per year.
• English language skills (good to advanced).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytic skills, and high quality awareness.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global tools such as PUMA, CAMEO, INDICOM, and CONCERTO.
• Familiarity with creation and management of e-cases within service processes.
• Knowledge of ASAM/ASAP standards.
• Basic understanding of server systems and networking protocols in automotive/test environments.
