What you will do

• Prepare simulation training equipment for daily operations using standard readiness checks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and Qualification Test Guide (QTG) procedures according to published schedules.
• Load exercise scenarios and assist in preparing devices for specific training sessions.
• Verify simulator operation, troubleshoot basic snags, and assist in restoring failed equipment.
• Perform housekeeping functions and maintain accurate journey logs for training sessions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on complex maintenance, problem resolution, and certification tasks.

Requirements

• Relevant technical qualification (vocational, diploma, or equivalent) or practical experience in a technical/engineering role.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and motivation to learn in a technical environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, and work in confined or ground-level environments.
• Commitment to company security, data protection, and information handling policies.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, and hardware installation.
