What you will do

• Optimize assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours in accordance with quality, efficiency, and safety strategies.
• Define working phase sequences for new production processes to achieve targeted product costs and investment budgets.
• Identify and implement improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements.
• Approve designs for processes developed internally or externally and perform final validation tests.
• Support production during equipment start-up and provide training for maintenance and production resources.
• Evaluate and lead testing for new process technologies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Italian.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (2 years considered a plus).
• Collaborative approach to working in cross-functional environments.
