What you will do

• Design analog and mixed-signal blocks for battery management circuits from architecture to qualification.
• Propose optimal architectures to optimize area, power consumption, and performance.
• Translate technical specifications into electrical schematics.
• Create and execute verification plans including PVT, statistical, and post-layout simulations.
• Validate circuit routing during the layout stage.
• Support product debug, lab validation, and qualification through to product release.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in analog IC design.
• Proven expertise in ADC design, switch capacitors, high voltage power management, or CAN interfaces.
• Experience with smart power BiCMOS technologies.
• Proficiency with Cadence IC tools.
• Knowledge of requirement traceability and ISO26262 standards.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
