hirify.global is building a global payments orchestration platform for internet companies, serving clients including Bolt, Ajax, Nova Post, and MEGOGO.

What you will do

• Process individual and group business-trip requests, including flights, hotels, and transfers.
• Provide visa support when needed.
• Plan international team-building and entertainment itineraries.
• Find efficient routes for complex, multi-city business trips.
• Resolve accommodation, delay, border, and other travel issues abroad.
• Maintain trip records and per diem data, and improve internal travel guidelines.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with booking systems, airline websites, and travel search tools.
• Experience creating detailed and engaging travel itineraries.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel policies.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, structure, and solution-focused communication.
• English at Intermediate level or above.
