What you will do

  • Process individual and group business trip requests including flights, hotels, and transfers.
  • Handle visa support and documentation for international travel.
  • Design and execute international team-building itineraries.
  • Find efficient routes for complex, multi-city business trips.
  • Provide support during travel disruptions, delays, or border issues.
  • Maintain accurate trip records and per diem data.

Requirements

  • English: Intermediate level or above required.
  • Hands-on experience with booking systems, airline websites, and travel search tools.
  • Understanding of domestic and international travel policies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Structured, solutions-focused mindset.
