Salary: ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 a month

What you will do

• Support KYB processes and verify corporate documents to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage escalated cases and act as the lead for the team in the absence of the team lead.
• Develop and update SOPs to reflect current best practices and operational workflows.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with B2B partners to ensure mutual growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement product enhancements and operational improvements based on partner feedback.
• Handle daily partner concerns with professionalism to promote long-term retention.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in partner operations, KYB onboarding, or account management.
• Experience in Business Development and Account Management is a must.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or Operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Amenable to shifting schedules (morning, mid-shift, and graveyard shifts).
• Proficiency in Google Suite programs.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B support and operations.
• Exposure to BPO, financial services, or fintech environments.
