What you will do
- Manage mid-market companies with 101 to 500 employees.
- Negotiate with clients via chat, email, phone, and video calls.
- Develop tailored, consultative proposals to demonstrate product value.
- Manage a high-volume opportunity pipeline.
- Convert inbound and outbound marketing leads into new business.
- Drive revenue growth and maintain process compliance using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience within technology or SaaS companies.
- Experience managing mid-market sales with short-term closing cycles.
- Strategic approach to client discovery and structured sales processes.
- Ability to drive business conversations at all levels with a win-win negotiation style.
- Resilience and a results-oriented mindset.
- Must be based in Paris or able to work from the Paris office on a hybrid basis.
