What you will do

  • Qualify and manage inbound demo requests and identify customer needs.
  • Conduct research and engage potential clients using hirify.global and other sales tools.
  • Develop personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate interest.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity to move deals forward.
  • Participate in SaaS sales training and apply mentor feedback to improve performance.

Requirements

  • English: Fluency is essential as it is the company language.
  • Location: Must be based in Paris for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Proactive mindset, coachability, and eagerness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic tech-savviness and familiarity with SaaS tools.

Nice to have

  • Background in sales, marketing, or business.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, LinkedIn, or hirify.global.
