Senior Product Manager (ESG)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (B2B SaaS): Developing and executing new ESG products to align with international regulations with an accent on GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance). Location: Hybrid in Mannheim, Germany (requires 3 days a week in the office)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development and execution of new ESG products.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and development teams to deliver high-quality GRC solutions.
• Analyze international legal requirements and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Act as the internal expert on ESG legislation to adapt product strategies.
• Utilize market insights and customer feedback to drive data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Expertise in B2B SaaS product management, covering both discovery and delivery.
• Proven experience working closely with software engineers to build and improve products.
• English: C1 level required for effective communication with global teams.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mannheim, Germany for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Prior knowledge of ESG laws and sustainability regulations.
• Proficiency in the German language.
