What you will do

• Define the architectural direction and platform vision for handling fiscal and compliance requirements across various markets.
• Design a reusable fiscal integration framework to transition from bespoke engineering projects to configuration-driven workflows.
• Develop a structured 12-month roadmap that balances regulatory delivery, platform investment, and technical debt reduction.
• Manage and mentor a Senior PM, providing clear scope, feedback, and professional development paths.
• Partner with Engineering and Tech Leads to make high-impact architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with the Product Compliance Leader to translate regulatory intelligence into actionable product decisions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of platform-level product strategy and building investment cases for foundational engineering work.
• Ability to drive architectural alignment with Engineering without direct line management authority.
• Ability to quickly master complex new domains and close knowledge gaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in regulated software or compliance-adjacent domains is a plus.
