What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision for Jarvis, scaling it from early adopters to global use across the organization.
• Integrate AI capabilities to transition from static directories to AI-powered intelligent discovery of code, documentation, and service ownership.
• Implement proactive agentic analysis to alert engineering managers to reliability risks and cost anomalies.
• Design the Backstage-based interface to abstract away the complexities of cloud infrastructure.
• Create "Golden Paths" to ensure the most efficient development route is the easiest for developers to choose.
• Audit the developer journey to identify and ruthlessly remove platform friction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with highly technical products such as IDPs, DX tooling, or platform infrastructure.
• Deep technical fluency in platform engineering, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure.
• Exceptional ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional global stakeholders.
• Strong data product sense to synthesize complex inputs into proactive insights for engineering leaders.
• Experience guiding global teams through large-scale technological transformations.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling centralized Developer Portals (e.g., Backstage) in federated organizations.
• Familiarity with AI-driven developer workflows or Agentic SDLC concepts.
