What you will do
- Lead the structured transition of the current product suite to the next-generation platform while maintaining product health.
- Own the product line end-to-end, ensuring commercial, regulatory, and operational standards are met.
- Coordinate and lead a team of Product Managers in a player-coach model, setting standards and unblocking delivery.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success regarding dependencies and risk mitigation.
- Define and track product KPIs and report progress to leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Represent the product in strategic customer conversations and pre-sales engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in a people-management role.
- Proven track record of shipping and maintaining high-quality B2B SaaS products in regulated or compliance-sensitive industries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product teams through complex initiatives like platform migrations or portfolio rationalization.
- Strong strategic program management skills with the ability to structure ambiguous, multi-workstream initiatives.
- Fluency in English is required (German and/or French are a strong plus).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives and engineering leadership.
