TL;DR

Location: On-site in Paris, France (up to 2 days per month remote)

Salary: €58,000 - €63,000 per year (total package)

What you will do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage potential clients.
  • Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and assessing their fit with hirify.global's solutions.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to advance the sales cycle.
  • Research target industries and accounts to personalize outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate prospect interactions and pipeline status in Hubspot.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Spanish.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in Paris or willing to relocate to France.
  • Strong outbound mindset and comfort with high-volume outreach.
  • Previous experience in sales (internship or apprenticeship), ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads systematically and stay organized.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with sales tools like CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
