TL;DR
Account Sales Manager (Fintech): Managing and nurturing an existing SME client base to drive increased card spend and product adoption. Focus on building strong relationships with owner-directors and finance managers while consistently hitting performance targets through proactive outreach.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Brighton, UK (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)
Compensation: OTE £50,000–£60,000

What you will do
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing SME clients.
- Proactively engage with owner-directors and finance managers to drive card spend.
- Work towards and hit specific monthly card spend targets.
- Conduct 25-30 outbound calls per day to manage the client portfolio.
- Demonstrate product value to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or sales.
- Demonstrable track record of working to and hitting KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a competitive, results-driven mindset.
- Understanding of SME financial operations.
