🔥 Sales Manager / Business Development Executive (IoT Product)
Location: Poland
Company: TYMIQ

is an end-to-end IoT solution (hardware + software) for remote monitoring of physical and infrastructure assets. We are hiring a hunter to develop the Polish market and drive B2B/Enterprise sales.

Role:
- Full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, and closing.
- Build and manage a pipeline in target sectors (manufacturing, construction, logistics, smart city, infrastructure, utilities).
- Develop relationships with local partners, system integrators, and distributors.
- Understand technical customer needs and translate them into relevant IoT use cases.
- Represent Prylada at meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.

You have:
- Proven track record in B2B sales of technical products (IoT, industrial automation, SaaS, hardware, telecom, IT infrastructure, or smart city).
- Understanding of consultative sales and long-cycle B2B processes.
- Fluent Polish (for market development) and English (for internal communication).
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and presentation skills (ability to talk to both business and tech stakeholders).
- Willingness to travel within Poland when needed.
