What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives across Audio, Video, Consumer, and Outdoor sectors.
• Build complex financial models and business cases to evaluate organic growth opportunities.
• Support the negotiation and structuring of joint ventures and M&A transactions.
• Negotiate major supplier contracts, including music rights and transmission.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify risks and prioritize opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver succinct reporting and strategic presentations for the Board and Senior Executives.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consultancy or a commercial organization.
• Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex workstreams independently.
• Strong quantitative and Excel skills for financial modelling.
• Experience in synthesizing insights for board-level reporting.
• Deep passion for advertising, digital products, and the UK media landscape.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
