Location: Hybrid (London) — minimum 60% office attendance required
Salary: £100k – £120k + Bonus

What you will do
- Define and deliver the commercial strategy and growth objectives for the Distribution business.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Sales, Account Management, Integration, and Service Desk.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, acting as an executive sponsor.
- Shape and execute go-to-market strategies and lead complex commercial negotiations and renewals.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and Finance to align commercial priorities with roadmaps.
- Oversee operational performance to ensure high service standards and partner satisfaction.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading commercial functions within B2B technology, travel, or distribution environments.
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into business strategy.
- Extensive experience managing strategic customer relationships at the executive level.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and build stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
