What you will do

• Lead global strategy roadmaps for top-tier accounts to ensure delivery against objectives.
• Act as the senior escalation point for clients and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Collaborate with the Global Account Director to maximize client profitability through innovation.
• Provide leadership, performance management, and development for team members.
• Present strategic insights to senior stakeholders to demonstrate channel effectiveness.
• Ensure best-in-class account management practices and communication flows across the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
• 2+ years of account management experience in affiliate marketing, specifically with blue-chip clients.
• Proven experience in coordinating teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
• Comprehensive knowledge of affiliate marketing structures and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
