Senior Account Manager (Groceries)

Location: Must be based in Milan, Italy (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

• Own the Joint Business Plan (JBP) for top-tier grocery partners to boost GMV and market share.
• Lead negotiations and onboarding for key grocery giants to ensure a mutually beneficial ecosystem.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and provide partners with actionable solutions.
• Maintain high-level engagement through regular business reviews with C-level stakeholders.
• Identify untapped business opportunities and drive creative collaborations within the partner portfolio.
• Navigate complex multidisciplinary problems to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in managing robust, long-term partnerships.
• Deep understanding of Groceries P&L, revenue dynamics, and digital marketplace drivers.
• Proven track record in large-scale account management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
• Professional fluency in both English and Italian is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-task environment with an owner's mindset.
