What you will do

  • Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to targeted accounts.
  • Generate value for potential customers by booking product demonstrations and discovery calls.
  • Manage prospect expectations and effectively overcome objections.
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including scheduled calls, qualified opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Develop the necessary skills for future promotion into a full closing role.

Requirements

  • Fluent German and English proficiency required.
  • Must be based in Spain, Czech Republic, Italy, or Austria.
  • Minimum 1 year of SDR experience, ideally within a software setting.
  • Strong work ethic, humility, and a hunger to learn.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to hit daily and monthly objectives.
