What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to targeted accounts.
- Generate value for potential customers by booking product demonstrations and discovery calls.
- Manage prospect expectations and effectively overcome objections.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including scheduled calls, qualified opportunities, and closed deals.
- Develop the necessary skills for future promotion into a full closing role.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English proficiency required.
- Must be based in Spain, Czech Republic, Italy, or Austria.
- Minimum 1 year of SDR experience, ideally within a software setting.
- Strong work ethic, humility, and a hunger to learn.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to hit daily and monthly objectives.
