What you will do

  • Scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs to consistently exceed aggressive pipeline goals.
  • Own and drive execution of new business pipeline targets by analyzing funnel metrics and pipeline quality.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimize campaigns and field events.
  • Attract, hire, and retain world-class sales talent.
  • Coach and develop SDRs to transition into successful Corporate Account Executive roles.
  • Lead through inspiration and service-oriented leadership aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-growing high-technology company.
  • Proven track record in pipeline generation and closing organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Japanese and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with an obsession for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to balance strategic team building with tactical day-to-day execution.
  • Deep understanding of predictable revenue models and value selling practices.
