What you will do
- Scale and manage a high-performing team of SDRs to consistently exceed aggressive pipeline goals.
- Own and drive execution of new business pipeline targets by analyzing funnel metrics and pipeline quality.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to optimize campaigns and field events.
- Attract, hire, and retain world-class sales talent.
- Coach and develop SDRs to transition into successful Corporate Account Executive roles.
- Lead through inspiration and service-oriented leadership aligned with company values.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-growing high-technology company.
- Proven track record in pipeline generation and closing organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Japanese and English.
- Strong analytical skills with an obsession for data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to balance strategic team building with tactical day-to-day execution.
- Deep understanding of predictable revenue models and value selling practices.
