What you will do

• Design and guide processes that support a shift to more circular and sustainable operations.
• Collaborate with farmers, chefs, managers, and food teams to rethink sourcing, production, and management.
• Develop practical materials, including maps, frameworks, and tools, that stakeholders can adapt and use.
• Bring grounded, live insights from the field into policy conversations and networks.
• Ensure the academy's work remains practical, useful, and rooted in real-world application.

Requirements

• Experience in agriculture, regenerative farming, food processing, or kitchen operations.
• Background in restaurant, hospitality, or HORECA management.
• Knowledge of food systems research, policy, or strategy.
• Proficiency in systems thinking and adaptive ways of working.
• Experience supporting teams through change, particularly toward sustainable or community-based practices.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and thoughtfully.
