What you will do

• Develop business proposals and identify new growth opportunities for existing accounts to drive transformation.
• Design and roll out organizational health checks and diagnostics for diverse clients.
• Lead large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation interventions within complex, multinational organizations.
• Create detailed change management plans and coach client leaders to champion and drive organizational change.
• Manage engagement delivery, monitoring client satisfaction, scope, quality, and profitability.
• Facilitate high-level workshops and discussions with stakeholders up to Board level to prioritize and make strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree.
• 7-10+ years of relevant work experience in a consultancy or client HR/OD function.
• Substantial experience leading large-scale business transformations for multinational organizations.
• Proven record of winning new business and developing existing accounts.
• Technical depth in organizational design, strategy development, or change management.
• Experience working across multiple countries and geographies.

Nice to have

• Experience advising clients in Financial Services, Industrial, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, or Public Services.
• Proficiency with organizational analytical tools such as OrgVue or Dynaplan.
