What you will do

  • Lead HR transformation workstreams including TOM design, process redesign, and HR technology enablement.
  • Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state HR service delivery models.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on HRIS implementation (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Drive change management activities including stakeholder analysis, communications, and training.
  • Develop business cases, KPIs, and value realization frameworks for project workstreams.
  • Facilitate client workshops and manage stakeholders up to the CHRO level.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of management consulting experience with 3+ years in HR transformation.
  • Must be able to deliver projects in Arabic.
  • Solid understanding of modern HR operating models and service delivery frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one leading HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Proven ability to lead workstreams, manage RAID logs, and engage stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Psychology.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or MBA in HR/Organization Design.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, Prosci/ADKAR, or PMP.
  • Experience with HR Shared Services, ServiceNow HRSD, or automation tools.
  • Experience in M&A HR integration or multi-country programs.
