What you will do

• Handle and answer all meeting and event enquiries according to company standards within agreed time frames.
• Manage the enquiry process from initial contact through to the signed contract stage.
• Convert inbound and outbound enquiries across all platforms to maximize sales and conversion rates.
• Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and new business leads to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high levels of client and guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Develop professional skills and knowledge within the meetings & events department.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a sales-driven mindset.
• Ability to build strong relationships with existing clients and accounts.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt to changing service environments.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure all assigned tasks are delivered.

• Proficiency in French.
