Inbound Sales Representative (Hospitality): Managing inbound inquiries and selling hirify.global's booking and marketing solutions to restaurant owners in the DACH market with an accent on B2B lead conversion and account acquisition. Focus on executing short-term negotiations, demonstrating tool value to restaurant managers, and successfully onboarding new partners to the platform.

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid: 2 days home office per week)

What you will do

  • Proactively contact restaurant owners and managers via inbound and follow-up calls.
  • Promote and sell hirify.global products, including promotions, software tools, and booking widgets.
  • Help restaurant managers understand the features and benefits of the hirify.global Manager tool.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial engagement to successful online publication.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide market insights for the DACH region.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Demonstrated business development experience, preferably in B2B and hospitality environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented approach with a track record of exceeding targets.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and German.
