IT Specialist (Infrastructure/Networking): Establishing, optimizing, and safeguarding the core technical ecosystem with an accent on network architecture, cybersecurity, and asset management. Focus on designing robust local networks, implementing disaster recovery plans, and streamlining HR-aligned IT operations.

What you will do

Design and configure robust local networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls to prevent unauthorized access.
Manage the complete lifecycle of hardware assets and foundational software platforms.
Deploy cybersecurity defenses, including intrusion detection systems and data encryption.
Engineer and test comprehensive disaster recovery plans and recurring backup procedures.
Provide help desk support, diagnose hardware/software issues, and conduct technical training for staff.
Execute HR-focused IT workflows, including role-based access control and continuous asset tracking.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a specialized IT environment.
Proven experience leading technical teams or guiding complex IT implementation projects.
Advanced expertise in managing networks, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Proficiency in task management platforms such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
Mastery of Google Workspace applications (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendars).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or Business Administration.

Nice to have

Experience in high-level IT roadmap planning and collaborative business decision-making.
Knowledge of scripting and database languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or Bash for automation.
