What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for corporate IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, technical operations, and end-user computing.
• Develop and execute multi-year technology, security, and governance roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee AWS infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Direct governance, risk management, vulnerability management, and Zero Trust initiatives to maintain SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA compliance.
• Serve as the executive owner for enterprise AI governance and the secure, ethical adoption of AI technologies.
• Lead and mentor senior technology leaders and global IT teams across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT, infrastructure, security, or technology operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers or directors within a global organization.
• Expertise with AWS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and identity/endpoint management platforms.
• Proven track record in maintaining compliance for SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, or AWS are highly desirable.
