What you will do

• Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, live chat, and Line official accounts.
• Manage internal communication with the Pepsi team via Line open chat.
• Oversee user point collection and redemption processes, including manual processing for non-app users.
• Coordinate reward purchases with suppliers and manage the delivery process with courier companies.
• Track delivery quantities and timelines, resolving any arising logistical issues.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc data reports for colleagues and partners.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, project coordination, or a direct response environment.
• Fluent Thai language proficiency.
• English proficiency at least Pre-intermediate level.
• Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze information and make independent decisions.
• Computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills.
