What you will do
- Research and test new traffic sources and verticals.
- Develop and execute monthly digital plans.
- Design motivation systems in collaboration with the HR department.
- Prepare and maintain reporting.
- Communicate with traffic sources to improve conditions and manage rebates.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and other related departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing media buying or other teams.
- Deep expertise in at least two buying sources (Meta, TikTok, Native).
- English level — B2 or higher.
