Digital Project Manager (Ad Tech)

Location: Remote from Brazil, Poland, Canada, or Portugal; benefits specify fully remote work from anywhere in the US or Canada. Ability to work across US and European time zones is required.

What you will do

• Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria, and lead discovery workshops with clients.
• Break complex requirements into actionable iterations, user stories, backlogs, and roadmaps.
• Run Agile ceremonies, maintain project documentation, and provide clear updates on status, risks, and decisions.
• Scope and price new engagements, write proposals, and support the presales process.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA, monitor project KPIs, and test completed features before delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with presales, project scoping, proposal writing, and discovery workshops.
• Experience with backlogs, user stories, Agile delivery processes, and project or product management tools such as Jira, Notion, or Linear.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients, challenge requirements, and work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above and availability across US and European time zones are required.

Nice to have

• Background in Web3 or DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Experience working with distributed international teams across multiple countries and time zones.
