What you will do

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets remain on track.
• Lead discovery phases to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable iterations for the engineering team.
• Own project documentation, roadmaps, and backlogs while facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to the presales process, including scoping and pricing new engagements.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to ensure delivered features meet real user needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency.
• Fluent English (C1+) with strong client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work across US and European time zones.
• Hands-on experience with presales, discovery workshops, and project scoping.
• Strong product management mindset with experience in Agile delivery and backlog management.

Nice to have

• Background in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, or Linear.
