What you will do

• Lead the design and reengineering of end-to-end R&D processes aligned with digital strategy and data architecture.
• Translate business needs into structured functional requirements (URS, user stories) and guide IT solution design.
• Orchestrate the functional design of digital solutions, specifically within the Veeva Vault ecosystem.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide transformation programs to ensure consistency across domains and initiatives.
• Define and implement performance frameworks to measure the impact of process and system transformations.
• Drive change management and adoption initiatives to ensure long-term value realization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation or process excellence within life sciences.
• Solid experience in process mapping, optimization, and end-to-end workflow design.
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes (clinical, regulatory, or related areas).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with IT teams.
• Knowledge of data flows, system integrations, and the application of AI to enhance R&D processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Veeva Vault (RIM, Clinical, or Quality).
• Exposure to Generative AI solutions within digital platforms.
• Experience in large-scale system implementation programs (e.g., LIMS).
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
