What you will do

• Manage day-to-day affiliate account operations, monitoring KPIs and optimizing campaign performance.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 publishers to drive long-term growth.
• Execute acquisition and retention campaigns, utilizing gap analysis to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Deliver concise and reliable performance reporting to stakeholders, collaborating with data analyst teams.
• Manage channel spend, commission models, and ROI tracking to ensure budget efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate or influencer marketing management with a track record of meeting ROI targets.
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms such as Partnerize or equivalent.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills for producing stakeholder-ready performance reports.
• Experience building AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting workloads.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom to support the hybrid work model.
