What you will do

• Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, X, and Google Ads.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize daily campaign performance against defined KPIs.
• Conduct audience targeting research and implement creative and audience testing plans.
• Write engaging, platform-appropriate ad copy aligned with each brand's tone of voice.
• Analyze large data sets in Excel to provide insights for the Senior Performance Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate asset briefing with Creative Services and manage financial POs with the Finance team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience executing paid media campaigns.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Google Ads and paid social platforms.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in handling large data sets in Excel.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across brands.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Cambridge, UK.
