What you will do

  • Deploy integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, webinars, and events.
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot email campaigns, CRM audiences, and nurture workflows.
  • Coordinate campaign activity, content schedules, assets, and performance reporting.
  • Support website updates, SEO/GEO activity, and campaign analysis.
  • Promote thought leadership content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Manage sponsored attendance at conferences, exhibitions, and marketing events.

Requirements

  • Around 3 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong communication, organization, and project coordination skills.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Cambridge (UK) area.

Nice to have

  • Experience within technology, engineering, consultancy, or innovation-led sectors.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other CMS platforms.
  • Experience working with technical or specialist subject matter experts.
  • STEM or marketing-related qualification.
