What you will do

  • Identify and engage new potential partners across Italy, including distributors and system integrators.
  • Strengthen commercial relationships through recurring check-ins and collaborative business planning.
  • Educate partners on hirify.global’s AI-related features and product innovation.
  • Participate in the creation of joint marketing actions such as webinars, events, and content.
  • Map relevant technology players and local business communities to support regional growth.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field at a top-tier university.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and verbal).
  • Proactive mindset with a strong interest in partnerships and business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work from the Paris office.
