TL;DR
Product Manager (HR Tech) (HRIS/B2B SaaS): Building and evolving internal HR technology across Core HR and Time Off with an accent on product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and administrative user experience. Focus on designing complex workflows, coordinating AI-assisted development, and delivering secure integrations, data migration, RBAC testing, and user adoption.
Location: Germany; fully remote

What you will do
- Own discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and roadmap development for internal HR technology products.
- Translate stakeholder and user needs into PRDs, user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Own delivery of Core HR and Time Off HRIS modules across discovery, development, launch, and adoption.
- Partner with Design and AI-assisted Development teams, review Figma designs, and maintain a ready-to-build requirements pipeline.
- Manage backlogs, dependencies, priorities, and sprint planning using Jira, Linear, or comparable tools.
- Lead UAT, feature validation, launch readiness, integrations, data migration, RBAC/security testing, and product sign-offs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Product Manager experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, enterprise software, or complex digital products.
- Experience creating PRDs, user stories, user flows, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
- Strong product sense and experience with B2B and administrative interfaces, complex workflows, data-dense tables, permissions, bulk actions, and role-based experiences.
- Hands-on Figma experience and practical experience with Agile development, Jira, Linear, UAT, feature testing, validation, and product sign-offs.
- Working understanding of systems thinking, RBAC, permissions, administrative data structures, SSO, APIs, integrations, and data migration.
- Ability to work independently, resolve ambiguity, manage stakeholders, and keep engineering teams unblocked in an AI-assisted development environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, HR Tech, or internal enterprise tools.
- Familiarity with Slack bots, enterprise software launches, and taking products from discovery through production go-live and adoption.
